I work as the Executive Chef of a five star property. Among the innumerable jobs that I have to do, one is taking the inventory of the raw materials that comes in the hotel after checking them for quality and quantity. I have many people working under me because this job takes a lot of time. There are no errors which usually take place in duplication of work and we can easily keep a track of what food items are going where.
